This small guide is designed to help users having issues to update Ragnarok and Sakray, if you crash trying to patch your game this guide may be useful for you.

NOTE: (This guide help you update your rag and sak NOT our custom items, if you crash due to our custom content, please run roloader.exe to update and fix that issue)

if you are updating RAG & SAK and you crash go to the FTP's we will list in this guide and download the patches you need into your ragnarok folder (example: c:/program files/gravity/ro)

Okay down to business folks:

Step 1:
First open your patch2,3,4 or 5.txt DO NOT EDIT THESE!! you can fuck your game and may need to reinstall everything, just look what was the last patch that was updated and close the file.

Step 2:
Knowing the files you are missing (any with higher date than those shown in the patch.txt files) go to these FTP's and download the patches you need to your RO directory:

For RAG ftp://221.139.3.74/pub/ragnarok/Patch/
For SAK ftp://221.139.3.74/pub/ragnarok/SakPatch/

Skip downloading any file with .GG .chg or Gameguard.des you dont need them at all. (you need .gpf and .grz. nothing else)

Step 3:
Once you downloaded every file you need to have RAG & SAK fully updated go to your ro folder and run Patchup.exe (to update ragnarok) and Sakup.exe (to update sakray) wait until patch process is complete and click exit, These exe's will inject the updates to the respective grf's.

Step 4:
Delete the files you downloaded from the ftp to have a clean ro folder and that's it.. you are done, your rag and sak are fully updated.

Reminder for a healthy install:
PLEASE!! update once per week to have a game fully updated without crashing issues.
